Fiorano Modenese-based company Gmm Trasmissioni Meccaniche has formed Gmm Group, a new group that will also incorporate its latest acquisitions (BBM Maintenance Partner and Medici Soluzioni industriali) as well as the US subsidiary Gmm USA.
This operation was followed by a rebranding process and the creation of a new Gmm Group logo. This will be followed by the launch of the group’s new website in May and the restyling of the individual company logos.
“Global Industrial Partner” is the payoff of the new brand to reflect the significant corporate changes undertaken by GMM with the latest acquisitions and the consequent expansion of the product range.
The synergies established between the group’s complementary companies will combine high-quality components with predictive maintenance operations, a method that Gmm Group’s management believe will help its customers achieve greater production efficiency through loyal partnerships.
